Lorri Parisi

Office Administrator

Lorri has been with Onsite Vision Plans since 2012.  She runs the office headquarters and is the main point of contact when calling the office line.  She is responsible for our internal record keeping and maintenance of accounts payables.  She monitors and manages the tracking of shipments from our labs to the facilities

LeeAnn Welch

Scheduling/Credentialing Administrator

LeeAnn has over 20 years of experience with Onsite Vision Plans.  She is responsible for the scheduling of doctors for their monthly clinics and in charge of invoicing and accounts receivable for facilities.  In addition LeeAnn is also a Licensed Optician and helps facilitate fittings for safety glasses at some of our facilities.

Noreen Baurle

Billing Specialist

Noreen has been with Onsite Vision Plans, Inc since July 2019.  She is responsible for the billing and ordering of a large bulk of our eyeglasses.

Athene Gardner

Administrative Assistant/Billing Specialist

Athene is the newest addition to the Onsite Vision Plans Inc. team.  Athene has an MBA from the University of Albany and started her employment with Onsite Vision Plans in October of 2023.

Some of her job responsibilities are processing and reconciling eyeglass orders, being a liaison between our facilities and customers and our ophthalmic labs, and specialty billing for the Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Palmer
Bryce Palmer

Co-Medical Director

Dr. Bryce Palmer received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ in 2003 and then went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 2007. 

He then completed a year residency specializing in the areas of ocular disease and low vision at the Tucson VA Health administration system in Tucson AZ. 

After residency he worked as a Civil Servant Eye Doctor at Whiteriver Indian Hospital Service Unit in Whiteriver AZ for 3 years before joining a private practice and Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Show Low, Arizona. He provides services in primary eye care including primary eye exams; ocular disease treatment and management including glaucoma, retinopathy and dry eye cases as well as cataracts.

Dr Palmer enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors including sports and working with his kids on their small cattle ranch. He is excited to be a part of onsite vision plans and this next chapter of his career. 

Andrew
Andrew Warner

President/CEO

Andrew is a seasoned business executive across varied industries with over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships. He began his career in wireless telecom where he was fortunate to work for a young and growing company and was mentored by some of the top leaders in the industry. Andrew grew with the company and stayed for fifteen years where he held various leadership positions. His career is defined by a consistent pattern of surpassing targets, which has continually led to increased responsibilities.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Communications with a minor in Business Management, which has provided a strong foundation for his expertise and success within the business world. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working for both Fortune 100 companies as well as Series A startups, where he has refined his skills as a people leader and a sales driver. His exceptional negotiation skills have been instrumental in his success in securing multi-million dollar contracts with numerous Fortune 10 companies.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Andrew is deeply passionate about the art of building businesses and fostering growth. He is committed to creating opportunities and cultivating meaningful, long lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships. His approach to business is driven by a desire to ensure that everyone involved wins together.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted father to four children where together they enjoy exploring the outdoors from their home in beautiful Salt Lake City. He enjoys running, cooking, gardening, and is an avid pickleball enthusiast. His diverse interests and family-focused life reflect his commitment to balance and well-being, both personally and professionally.

Trenton Warner
Trenton Warner

Co-Medial Director

Dr. Trent Warner was raised on a small farm near Glenns Ferry, Idaho and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry, where he was recognized for excellence in clinical research and management of ocular disease. He was also the recipient of the Naval Health Professions Scholarship. 

Dr. Warner served three years as a United States Naval Officer in the Medical Service Corps at Great Lakes Naval Station, IL, where he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his superior performance as an optometrist. At that time Dr. Warner also served as an Adjunct Clinical Professor for Illinois College of Optometry, where he instructed 4th year optometry students in clinical care. 

After his military service, Dr. Warner accepted a position in Prescott, Arizona, at a large ophthalmology surgery center and glaucoma practice, where he co-managed hundreds of cataract, LASIK, and glaucoma surgeries. He then joined Dr. Woodward in the fall of 2011. 

In March of 2013, Dr. Warner became one of, then, only five board certified optometrists by the American Board of Optometry, in the state of Idaho, earning the status of Diplomat. Dr. Warner enjoys providing eye care for all age groups and is also fluent in Spanish. He is an active member of the Idaho Optometric Physicians and American Optometric Association. Dr. Trent Warner and his wife Ciara have a blended family with 9 children. They enjoy spending time together working on the family ranch, riding horses, participating in church activities, gardening, hunting, fishing, 4-H, and sports.

Anthony Coppola

Director of Sales & Operations

Anthony started with Onsite Vision Plans in 2024 heading up operations and sales.  Formerly Anthony worked as the company’s accountant/advisor and jumped at the chance to be a part of the organization.  With over 15 years of experience in accounting spanning over a wide amount of industries and over 5 years of being actively involved with Onsite Vision Plans, the opportunity to be in a leadership role with the company was an exciting challenge he could not pass up.

Anthony graduated from Assumption University in Worcester, MA with a B.A. in Accounting.  His focus is now development and growth of Onsite Vision Plans.

Outside of work Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children.  He is actively involved in coaching his daughter’s softball team and volunteers his time as Treasurer for the Niskayuna Girls Softball League.  He enjoys traveling with his wife and children and a nice warm beach!
